The President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan on Tuesday, April 18, received credentials from Ambassador Charles Kayonga representing Rwanda in Turkey.

Until 2019, a retired Lt. General, Kayonga was Rwanda’s Ambassador to China.
