Loud roars of laughter filled the cinema hall from the beginning of the movie until the end. There was no dull moment as everyone was grasping for breathe in between the laughs as the team’s love for adventure leads them to traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 is a 2017 American Superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team.
The movie started by taking us back to where it all began when an earth dweller fell in love with a spaceman to give birth to Peter Quill (Star-lord).
After Peter’s mother died when he was still a little boy, his confusion and loneliness made him leave earth with the help of Yondu in search of a home- The thought of living on earth without his mother troubled him.
Together with friends he made, they became the guardians of the galaxy.
They fought many fights- evils villains and also struggled to keep their newfound family together.
Peter eventually came to meet his father who turned out to be a god, who created and ruled his own planet. He was beyond Peter’s imagination.
They connected and he revealed to Peter all the power he had within him and made a promise to teach him how to master the art.
Was it all just a fantasy or did Peter finally get the family he wanted?
Old foes become new allies, and friends turn out not be who they claim to be.
The movie has many twists that keep you on the edge of your seat as you crave to know what follows next.
Sarcasm and humor throughout the movie shows us that it’s never that serious. In the middle of gunfights with villains, they find ways to crack the audience up.
The lay out of the movie is pretty simple for everyone to understand and the story line does not depend on the first volume (released in 2014).
The 3D experience at the Century Cinema, the good selection of the soundtracks in the movie and the option to get snacks during the screening provide a cozy comfort that allows you to immerse all your concentration into the movie.
