On Tuesday afternoon, Health Minister Dr. Sabin Nsanzimana held discussions with Sister Marie Venantie Nyirabaganwa, the General Superior of the Benebikira Sisters, to explore ways to enhance healthcare services provided by the Congregation’s facilities.
The meeting highlighted the crucial role played by the Benebikira Sisters in managing health centers across Rwanda, particularly in rural and underserved areas. Their facilities have been instrumental in providing essential medical care to vulnerable communities.
Dr. Nsanzimana praised the Congregation for its significant contributions to the country’s healthcare system and emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with faith-based organizations. He noted that such collaborations are vital to improving healthcare accessibility and quality for all Rwandans.
Sister Nyirabaganwa reaffirmed the Benebikira Sisters’ dedication to supporting national health goals. She emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and resource-sharing to address challenges and further improve the services offered in their facilities.
