Presidential Candidate Frank Habineza has less than 30 days to secure the highest job of the land. Yet, as he runs out time, he told Taarifa that he has not secured any funding enough to run his campaign logistics. However, he reveled that he is expecting financing from a private venture capital. “We are looking for a loan,” he said. “We have to look for resources against all odds.”
