Dr. Diane Karusisi, the CEO of Bank of Kigali, expressed the bank’s dedication to promoting work-life balance among its employees. “We recognize the importance of work-life balance in the lives of our employees,” she stated. “Our team members are not just professionals; they are mothers, fathers, caregivers, and individuals with responsibilities beyond the workplace.
