Bralirwa Plc has issued a public announcement calling on individuals or entities currently in possession of motor vehicles registered under the company’s name to contact its fleet management department within seven days to arrange for ownership transfer.
In a notice published on February 23, 2026, and signed by Bralirwa Management, the company stated that any person or organisation holding vehicles registered in Bralirwa’s name must come forward within the specified timeframe to regularise their documentation and complete the necessary transfer process.
The brewer further warned that individuals found in possession of the vehicles in violation of applicable laws would be held personally responsible. The statement emphasized that failure to comply with the directive could result in legal consequences if the vehicles are discovered to be operating contrary to regulatory requirements.
“For any further information or inquiry regarding this notice, don’t hesitate to reach out to us,” the announcement reads, providing a contact number for coordination.
The notice was issued in Kigali and appears to reflect an internal fleet regularisation effort aimed at ensuring proper legal ownership and compliance with national vehicle registration regulations.
Bralirwa Plc is part of the Heineken Company and operates as one of Rwanda’s leading beverage manufacturers.
