The newly appointed Ambassador to Rwanda, Alexander Polyakov, met with the Minister of State for EAC, Gen (Rtd) James Kabarebe on Monday morning for a courtesy call.
This visit marks Ambassador Polyakov’s first official engagement since assuming his role, underscoring his commitment to enhancing bilateral relations.
