The Inspector General of Police (IGP) of Rwanda, CG Felix Namuhoranye, hosted his Liberian counterpart, IGP Gregory O. W. Coleman, at the Rwanda National Police (RNP) headquarters in Kacyiru for a bilateral meeting.
The meeting marks the beginning of a four-day working visit by IGP Coleman and his delegation, who are in Rwanda to explore and establish areas of cooperation between the two law enforcement institutions.
The discussions between the two police chiefs are expected to focus on enhancing collaboration in various aspects of policing, with the aim of strengthening the capabilities of both forces. This visit underscores the importance of regional and international partnerships in addressing shared security challenges and promoting effective law enforcement practices.
IGP Namuhoranye welcomed the opportunity to deepen ties with the Liberia National Police, expressing optimism that the visit would result in productive outcomes that benefit both countries.
IGP Coleman’s visit is part of ongoing efforts to foster strong bilateral relations between Rwanda and Liberia, particularly in the areas of security and law enforcement.
