Kigali, March 20, 2025 – President Paul Kagame today hosted Malik Agar, Vice President of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of Sudan, at Urugwiro Village. Agar delivered a message from Lieutenant General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, President of Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council.
