MTN Rwanda has unveiled its latest promotional campaign, “Recharge and Win!”, offering customers the chance to win incredible prizes valued at over Rwf200,000,000. The campaign aims to keep MTN’s loyal customers connected while rewarding them for their continued support.
To participate, MTN customers simply need to purchase voice packs or internet bundles as they normally do. Each purchase automatically enters them into the promotion, with more purchases increasing their chances of winning.
Prizes range from cash rewards, including a grand prize of Rwf5,000,000 for two lucky winners, to non-monetary items such as helicopter rides in partnership with Akagera Aviation, motorcycles, bicycles, solar kits, smartphones, and additional telco rewards like voice and data bundles.
The promotion is open to customers across all regions of Rwanda, making it accessible to everyone, whether in Kigali or other parts of the country.
MTN Rwanda’s Acting Chief Consumer and Digital Officer, Rosine Dusabe, emphasized the company’s commitment to its customers, stating, “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We are deeply committed to keeping them connected to their loved ones, and this campaign is one of the many ways we’re empowering them through connectivity and enhancing their digital experience.”
In addition to customer rewards, MTN Rwanda is also recognizing its agents, who play a critical role in delivering products and services.
A weekly rewards program will be implemented, with agents categorized by province and winners selected based on their sales performance. Agents who meet or exceed a daily sales target of Rwf3,000 will have the opportunity to win prizes, including motorcycles and weekly cash rewards of Rwf100,000 for 10 top-performing agents.
