MoMo Rwanda has launched its groundbreaking campaign, “Tsinda Na MoMo,” aimed at empowering MoMo Agents and rekindling customer engagement across the network.
With the primary focus on MoMo Agents, the “Tsinda Na MoMo” campaign is designed to leverage the expansive network of agents to reconnect dormant customers and encourage the download of the MTN MoMo App among their clientele.
The campaign’s core objectives are twofold.
The first is to reconnect dormant customers. MoMo Agents are tasked with the crucial role of re-engaging dormant customers within their networks.
By encouraging these customers to resume their MoMo activities, agents play a pivotal role in expanding the active user base.
The second is to promote MoMo App. Agents are also encouraged to facilitate the download and usage of the MoMo App among their customers.
This initiative aims to streamline the customer experience and provide convenient access to MoMo services.
To participate in the campaign, MoMo Agents will be dialing the short code *782#.
The “Tsinda Na MoMo” campaign offers lucrative rewards to MoMo Agents who actively contribute to the campaign’s objectives.
Prizes include cash ranging from Rwf50,000 to Rwf1,000,000, motorcycles, and smartphones.
The rewarding mechanism operates on a weekly basis for a duration of four weeks. This provides an ongoing incentive for Agents to consistently engage in the campaign activities.
MoMo Rwanda CEO, Chantal Kagame expressed excitement about the prospects of the “Tsinda Na MoMo” initiative.
“This campaign underscores our commitment to not only empower our dedicated MoMo Agents but also reignite customer engagement across the network. We believe that by incentivizing Agents and encouraging enhanced customer interaction, we can drive sustainable growth and elevate the mobile money experience for our customers,” she said.
Currently, MoMo Rwanda boats 65,000 participating agents, 4.67 million target customers with 165 million transaction and a monthly average volume of Rwf2 trillion.
“Tsinda Na MoMo” marks a pivotal moment in MTN’s ongoing efforts to innovate and enhance the mobile money ecosystem.
