On 5 September, the Minister in charge of Cabinet Affairs, Ines Mpambara, was awarded the prestigious title of “Best Distinguished Government Official” at the Sharjah Government Communication Forum.
Nominated by the Government Experience Exchange Program, this award recognizes her outstanding achievements in advancing government communication, policy implementation, and public service.
Ambassador John Mirenge accepted the award on her behalf, highlighting Rwanda’s growing reputation for excellence in governance and leadership on the global stage.

With a long-standing career in public service, Ines Mpambara has been at the forefront of Rwanda’s policy reform and implementation efforts.
Prior to her role as Minister, she served as Director of Cabinet in the Office of the President, where she was instrumental in shaping Rwanda’s governance and communication strategies.
Her leadership has earned her both national and international recognition, cementing her as a key figure in Rwanda’s ongoing development.
