The Senior Defence and Security Advisor to the President of Rwanda and Commander-In-Chief of Rwanda Defence Force, Gen James KABAREBE visited the Rwandan Security Forces operating in Cabo Delgado Province, Mozambique.
He was received by the RSF JTF Commander Maj Gen E NKUBITO who briefed him on progress registered in their Counter-Terrorism operations in Cabo Delgado Province
During interactions with the Rwandan Security Forces in Mocimboa da Praia District, Gen James KABAREBE conveyed a message from President KAGAME appreciating their commitment in fulfilling their duties and encouraged them to remain steadfast and dedicated in achieving good results.
