Russia, the United Kingdom, India and Italy have new envoys representing their countries in Rwanda.
“Today at Urugwiro Village, President Kagame received letters of credence from new envoys; Ambassador Alexander Polyakov of Russia, High Commissioner Alison Heather Thorpe of the United Kingdom, High Commissioner Mridu Pawan Das of India, and Ambassador Mauro Massoni of Italy,” the Rwandan Presidency said on Wednesday.
The envoys had earlier met with and presented letters of credence to Rwanda’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Olivier Nduhungirehe in the capital Kigali.
