President Paul Kagame on Thursday met with Generals and Senior officers of the Rwanda Defence Force and held discussions on pertinent national security issues.
“President Kagame, who is also Commander-in-Chief of the Rwanda Defence Force met with RDF Generals and senior Officers to discuss Rwanda’s peace and security priorities,” the Presidency said.
