The Rwandan Embassy in Cairo, Egypt, reported on Tuesday that a delegation of Rwandan nationals, together with allied faculty staff and students from the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College–Nyakinama, were on an international study tour in Egypt.

The Study Tour is under the theme ‘Enhancing national capabilities to address contemporary security challenges’.

As part of the programme, the delegation, among other engagements, visited the Egyptian Military Academy.

The delegation has also been in France where it commenced it’s international study tour to acquaint itself with France’s experience.

According to the RDF CSC the delegation is led by Col Mucyo Mulinzi with 4 Directing Staff and 23 students.

The delegation (pictured below) was on February 9th received by senior officials at French Army Headquarters, where they attended a highly enriching presentation.
