Rwanda National Police has arrested Miss Muheto Divine for driving under the influence of alcohol after she damaged public infrastructure and attempted to flee the scene.
Police says she was found driving the vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Police also claims this isn’t Muheto’s first such offense. The case has been forwarded to prosecutors, with charges including drunk driving, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, property damage, and leaving the scene of an accident.
