Luanda, Angola’s capital is sheduled to host the African Union Quadripartite Summit of the East African Community (EAC), Economic Community of Central African States, International Conference for the Greatlakes Region (ICGLR) and Southern African Development Community (SADC).
By Press time, President Emmerson Mnangagwa of ZImbabwe had already arrived in Luanda, Angola to attend the Summit.
