The AIESEC Alumni MEA Conference officially got underway today in Kigali, Rwanda, bringing together AIESEC alumni, leaders and professionals from across the Middle East and Africa for a day centred on dialogue, knowledge sharing, collaboration and meaningful connections.
Hosted at the Hilltop Hotel, Day One featured a dynamic programme of discussions, panel sessions, dialogues and Bloccpay presentations, creating a platform for participants to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore issues relevant to the future of leadership and alumni engagement across the region.
A key highlight of the day was the opportunity for delegates to engage beyond the conference venue through visits to Norrsken House Kigali and African Leadership University (ALU).
The visits offered participants valuable insights into Rwanda’s growing innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership ecosystem, while providing opportunities to connect with institutions contributing to Africa’s future.
Throughout the day, the conference maintained an atmosphere of openness and learning, with participants engaging in thought-provoking conversations and sharing diverse perspectives from across the MEA region.
Day One set an inspiring tone for the conference, combining meaningful conversations with opportunities to learn, connect and experience Rwanda’s vibrant innovation and leadership landscape.
As delegates look ahead to the remaining days of the conference, anticipation is building around the conversations, activities and experiences still to come.
The AIESEC Alumni MEA Conference continues in Kigali, with Day Two promising more dialogue, connection, learning and opportunities to shape ideas for the future.
