The Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Kabarebe James met with Mr. Li Mingxiang, Vice Minister of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (IDCPC), and his delegation.
They discussed ways to elevate bilateral relations and cooperation between Rwanda and the People’s Republic of China.
