Sixteen Rwandan horticulture SMEs are participating at the 2025 edition of Fruit Logistica in Berlin, Germany.
The three-day (February 5-7) is an international trade fair dedicated to fresh produce. It attracts close to 67,000 national and international participants representing all related sectors and showcasing the latest innovations, products and services.
For the Rwandan participants, the exhibition is seen as a key platform for securing business deals and expanding Rwanda’s horticulture export opportunities.
The event is taking place in the halls of Messe Berlin, one of Europe’s largest exhibition centres with state-of-the-art facilities and excellent infrastructure, which is comfortable and easily accessible for both exhibitors and visitors.
The exhibition according to organisers, covers four main sectors: Fresh Products, Technical Systems, Logistics and Services. Exhibitors from over 90 countries showcase fresh produce, dried fruit, seeds, packaging and labelling solutions, greenhouse technology, cultivation, cleaning and recycling systems.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 3 days of the fair, from 08. February to 10. February 2023, about 2600 exhibitors from 140 countries and 63000 visitors on the Fruit Logistica in Berlin.
In 2024, there were 2,610 exhibitors from 92 countries, and the fair attracted 63,470 trade visitors from 140 countries.
