Last night the flight to the “White City” became RwandAir’s 29th destination on the airline’s fast growing network.
Maiden flight to TelAviv took off at 00:30 (LT) at Kigali International Airport. The nonstop flight will be operated by B737-800NG.
The airline reserved special gifts for lucky passengers who were on the inaugural flight. The company said selection was done randomly by fellow passengers.
“A lot of excitement for the inaugural flight to #TelAviv. The route will be served 3 times a week,” the CEO, Yvonne Manzi Makolo, said in a tweet.
