Rwanda Reports 166 new Covid-19 Infections, 1 Dead

As of late Tuesday, Rwanda reported 166 new infections, one death – a man aged 55 living in Kigali.
According to details, the new infections are indicated as ; Kigali city 108. considering reports from districts, the statistics showed; Huye 18, Kirehe 9, Rwamagana 7, Nyagatare 7, Rubavu 6, Muhanga 6, Nyamasheke 3, Rusizi 1, and Bugesera 1.
6974 recoveries have been recorded while a total of 771,275 tests have been conducted throughout the country since the pandemic touched base in March 2020.
How To Decrease COVID-19 Risk At Meetings And Trainings
The more you interact with others and the longer you interact with them the higher your risk of COVID-19 infection. In line with the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Rwanda Biomedical Centre related to COVID-19, several precautions have been adopted to minimize the risk of infection and reduce your risk at meetings.
In accordance with cabinet resolution of 14th December 2020, on COVID-19 measures, weddings (not allowed pending review of situation).
If you have any symptoms of COVID-19 ( fever, cough, trouble breathing, fatigue, loss of smell, loss of taste) — please call 114 or your local healthcare facility before going there. This will allow for special measures to be in place as you will be directed to a prepared location to avoid potential transmission risk.
