President Kagame Makes Promotions, Appointments In Military

President Paul Kagame the Commander in Chief of Rwanda Defence Force has made more appointments and promotions in the army.

According to a press release RDF/MPR/A/10/12/22 dated September 29th seen by Taarifa the new restructuring takes immediate effect.
