British Cyclist Ethan Vernon from Team Soudal-QuickStep has peddled to the finish line in leading position at the first stage of the ongoing Tour du Rwanda race.
Stage 1 is competitive with tough climbing and steep slopes stretching from the capital Kigali to Rwamagana city covering 115.6 Km.
Meanwhile under this stage, cyclists had to endure tough sprints and entangled in final circuit of 5 laps within Rwamagana city.
