President Paul Kagame on Thursday officiated at the swearing-in ceremony of new Ministers at Village Urugwiro in the capital Kigali.
The new cabinet members include, Maj.Gen. Albert Murasira the Minister in charge of Emergency Management, Hon. Jeanine Munyeshuli the Minister of State for Public Investment and Resource Mobilization in the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, and Hon. Sandrine Umutoni the Minister of State for Youth.
Major General Albert Murasira previously served as Defence Minister.
Major General Murasira holds a Master’s of Science in project management with merit from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom (2016). He also attended the former National University of Rwanda from 1983 to 1988 where he received a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics (1986) and Licence in Mathematics (1988).
