Vulnerable and disabled ex-Combatants require and enhanced access to health services to ensure that they live happily.
In this regard, the Rwanda Demoblisation and Reintergration Commission RDRC organized a one-day wokshop on Thursday hosted at Grand Legacy Hotel with the aim of discussing on ways to improve health services to the disabled and vulnerable ex-combatants country-wide.
This workshop drew members including those from Medical service providers, including; Hospitals, Health Centres and Pharmacies as well.
The main mandate of the commission created in 1997, is to facilitate the reinsertion and reintegration of the former military member to empower him/her to develop him or herself and contribute to the comprehensive development of the country.
