The Congolese Leopards are scheduled to clash with the Angolas Palancas Negras in March this year and not as earlier planned for August- Taarifa can reliably report.
The two national sides will meet in a double confrontation counting for the 3rd and 4th day of the qualifiers for the African Cup of Nations, Cameroon 2021, in March 2020. These two games were initially planned for August 2020.
Due to foreseen climatic conditions, the confederation resolved to play the competition from January 9 to February 6 for climatic reasons.
This change is consecutive to the new calendar for the final phase which was previously scheduled for June and July 2021.
The Congolese Leopards currently third in the group with 2 points in 2 games, will receive the Angolan neighbours last in the group on March 23 at the Stade des Martyrs (0 points) before moving a week later to Stade 11 de novembro in Luanda.
