Construction Of Museum For African Liberation Starts

Harare the Capital of Zimbabwe is going to host the Museum of African Liberation aimed at documenting the liberation struggle of the continent.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa officiated at the ground breaking ceremony to kick off construction activities on site.

“The glamorous institution will enable the African continent to tell its history,” Mnangagwa said on Thursday.

Artefacts for liberation icons from across the African continent who include Kwame Nkrumah are expected to be deposited with the museum soon.
