The only woman presidential candidate, Catherine Samba Panza, after having voted in her constituency in the 7th arrondissement: “it is a great day which is part of the long struggle for democratization and the return to order constitutional ”.
The security situation in Paoua (North-Western #CAR ) is very calm. The population went out massively, this morning, to the different polling stations to cast their votes.
