Major General Jean Claude Niyiburana of land forces commander, the Forces nationales de défense du Burundi (FNDB) on Saturday presided over the graduation ceremony of 256 new commandos.
According to details released by the FDNB, the ceremony was held in Gitega after a marathon 3-month commando training.
Among the new commandos, there are only 16 females.
