Oman Airports Explores Aviation Opportunities in Rwanda

Oman Airports has extended it’s international footprint on Rwandan territory to explore diverse opportunities.

According to it’s website, Oman Airports is a government-owned company that manages and operates the civil airports in the Sultanate of Oman and provides integrated airport operations and infrastructure management, such as on-ground services, terminal buildings, cargo buildings, runways, aprons, car parking and other facilities.

It is seeking to tap into cargo and Aviation infrastructure , logistics and human capital development and collaboration with Rwanda in different aviation linked domains.

Oman Airports has effectively signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Aviation , Travel and Logistics Limited ( ATL) aimed at exploring strategic cooperation in Aviation and linked infrastructure.

According to details, the agreement inked in Rwanda’s capital Kigali includes: collaboration in Airport city development, cargo and Aviation infrastructure , logistics and human capital development among others.

For Oman, this strategic cooperation milestone will enhance connectivity and support sustainable aviation sector growth through partnerships, consultancy services and operational expertise.
