Kigali is gearing up for the forthcoming 7th edition of Africa’s Business Heroes (ABH) Summit scheduled from 12th-13th.
According to details the summit will be hosted at Kigali Convention Center.
It is expected to attract hundreds of entrepreneurs, investors and innovators.
The ABH Summit and Grand Finale, is a flagship event that celebrates and supports outstanding entrepreneurial talent from across the continent.
Hosted annually, the ABH initiative—founded by the Jack Ma Foundation and the Alibaba Philanthropy program—aims to identify, spotlight and empower African entrepreneurs who are creating meaningful impact in their communities and industries.
Over the years, the competition has grown into one of Africa’s most anticipated platforms for showcasing innovative business ideas, facilitating investment opportunities and fostering collaboration among emerging and established business leaders.
This year’s summit in Rwanda is expected to raise the bar even higher.
Participants will take part in panel discussions, mentorship sessions, networking events and live pitching rounds, culminating in the Grand Finale where the top finalists will compete for a share of the U$1.5 million prize pool.
With its reputation for hosting high-level international events and its growing startup ecosystem, Rwanda is preparing to offer a vibrant and productive environment for this year’s edition.
Rwanda Development Board (RDB) which is among the organisers say the country looks forward to welcoming all participants and providing a space where ideas can flourish and partnerships can form.
As the countdown continues, anticipation is building across the continent for what promises to be an inspiring and transformative gathering in Kigali.
