The Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Emmanuel Ugirashebuja, together with the Secretary General of the Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB), Col. (Rtd) Pacifique Kabanda Kayigamba, yesterday led a high-level dialogue bringing together RIB and its key partners.
The meeting reviewed the milestones achieved since the establishment of the Rwanda Investigation Bureau, appreciated the continued contribution of partners in strengthening justice delivery, and explored new ways to deepen professional collaboration.
According to officials, the discussions underscored the importance of sustained cooperation to ensure that RIB continues to operate with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency in serving justice.
The Minister commended RIB’s progress in building a credible investigative institution and encouraged continued teamwork among all actors in Rwanda’s justice sector to advance the rule of law and citizen trust.
