President Paul Kagame this morning chaired a session of the Presidential Advisory Council (PAC) at the Kigali Golf Resort, bringing together Rwandan and international experts to deliberate on strategies for sustaining the country’s rapid development.

The high-level platform serves as a think tank where seasoned professionals, policymakers, and global partners exchange ideas and offer strategic advice to guide Rwanda’s transformation agenda.

According to officials, the discussions are centered on innovative and practical ways to further accelerate Rwanda’s socio-economic progress while addressing pressing regional and global challenges.

The PAC, which meets periodically under the President’s leadership, has played a crucial role in shaping Rwanda’s policy direction, especially in areas such as digital transformation, governance, private sector growth, and human capital development.

Today’s meeting comes at a time when Rwanda continues to consolidate its gains in economic resilience, regional cooperation, and global competitiveness; key pillars in the country’s long-term vision for sustainable growth and inclusive prosperity.
