On Wednesday afternoon, February 8, President Kagame received letters of credence from new envoys from fourteen countries that include Nigeria, Mali, Barbados, Japan, Türkiye, Côte d’ivoire, Finland, Bangladesh, Chile, Jordan, Portugal, Niger, South Sudan and Mauritania.
The envoys had been vetted and approved by cabinet.
