Today, the 10th November 2022, His Excellency The President has appointed Mr. Jean Claude Musabyimana, Minister of Local Government, reads in part a communique outed by the Office of the Prime Minister.
Musabyimana effectively replaces Gatabazi Jean Marie Vianney who has been serving in this docket since March last year .
