Former President of Democratic Republic of Congo, Joseph Kabange Kabila is slated to address the nation in the next three hours.

Kikaya Bin Karubi the man who manages Kabila’s public relations and media strategy helped Kabila return to politics in 2025.
“This is the moment. The Citizens’ Pact of May 23, 2025, broken down into 12 proposals to get the country out of the crisis once and for all, must be put into action and starting from the beginning. You will agree with me that the tyranny has lasted too long and has become more than unbearable. We must put an end to it together. The schoolmaster is back, the end of the tunnel is in sight,” noted Kikaya Bin Karubi .
Kabila’s scheduled press talk comes at a time intense fighting continues between the AFC/M23 Rebels and government troops allied with Burundi Army, FDLR and Wazalendo militia.
“We are alerting on the tragedy currently unfolding in the Highlands of South Kivu and more precisely in Minembwe. We are alerting on a genocide currently being carried out under a silence orchestrated by the national and international community,” the rebel movement leadership said on October 7.
