Barely weeks after funneling degrading remarks against ethnic Tutsi Congolese by Gen.Ekenge Sylivan the spokesperson of the DRC Army, the national broadcaster RTNC has provided platform for another military official who has openly called for rape of relatives of leader of AFC/M23 alliance.
“I am calling on Congolese people in Canada to rape the daughters and wife of Cornell Nangaa,” said the officer in DRC military.
The notorious FARDC officer added, “Wherever the families of the rebels are, rape and kill their women and children! Even in Europe.”
According to critics, “They are paid by the Presidency and the Ministry of Communication. They are part of the famous “Task force”! Its objective is to “wage digital warfare”.
Meanwhile, Rwanda’s Foreign Affairs Minister Olivier Nduhungirehe has condemned the Kinshasa regime.
“The RTNC, the Congolese public television, has become the near-perfect reincarnation of the sadly infamous Radio Télévision Libre des Mille Collines (RTLM), otherwise known as “Radio Machete,” Nduhungirehe said via platform X in Wednesday.
The Kinshasa regime has been at war with a the AFC/M23 Rebels that currently control a big percentage of the entire Kivu region in the East of DRC.
The battle hardened AFC/M23 rebels are pressing harder against Congolese troops allied with Burundi’s FNDB Troops and FDLR terrorist group alongside the Wazalendo militia and Imbonerakure militia.
