The Rwanda Development Board (RDB) has officially launched an upgraded Business Registration System fully integrated with the digital One Stop Centre (OSC), marking a significant step toward streamlining investor and business services in the country.
In a public notice released today, RDB announced that the new platform is now live following a successful system upgrade and data migration.
The digital OSC consolidates essential services—including business registration, building permits, and other investor-related procedures—into a single online portal accessible at onestopcentre.rdb.rw.
Users can access their existing records or apply for new services by logging into their IremboAccount or creating a new one.
The platform features a dedicated Support Centre offering step-by-step guides in English, French, and Kinyarwanda to assist users throughout the application process.
“System optimization is now underway to ensure stability,” the notice stated, adding that further updates and service details will be communicated as the rollout progresses.
To support the transition, RDB has provided multiple contact channels: users can dial 1415, email support@rdb.rw, message via WhatsApp at +250 788 321 555, or use the built-in Support Centre on the OSC platform.
This upgrade aligns with Rwanda’s ongoing efforts to improve the ease of doing business and attract investment through digital transformation.
The consolidated portal is expected to reduce paperwork, shorten processing times, and enhance transparency for both local entrepreneurs and foreign investors.
RDB thanked the public for their cooperation and urged users to explore the new system as the country continues to enhance business processes.
