A host of artists largely focused on traditional music and performances are lined up for the upcoming “Kigali Dutarame” concert.
According to a press briefing held today at BK Arena, the concert kicks off on Saturday (Nov 22).
The event will showcase a star-studded lineup of Rwanda’s leading traditional artists, including Ruti Joel, Jules Sentore, Teta Diana, Massamba Intore, Boukuru, among others.
Audiences will also enjoy performances from celebrated cultural troupes such as Ibihame by’Imana, Ishyaka ry’Intore, Inyamibwa, Inganzongari, and additional groups known for preserving Rwanda’s musical heritage.
“Kigali Dutarame” aims to bring together lovers of traditional music for an evening dedicated to cultural celebration, live performances, and the promotion of Rwanda’s artistic legacy.
Rwanda steadily has become a regional entertainment ever since a multi-million entertainment center dubbed BK Arena was launched, no doubt as the year ends, Kigalians have got lots of upcoming concerts including that of Nigeria’s superstar Davido, come 5th December.
The ‘Am in Love’ hit maker The Ben alias Benjamain Mugisha also plans to show up.
