The Office of the Prime Minister has announced a new round of senior government appointments made by President Paul Kagame, in line with articles 116, 112 and 111 of the Constitution.

The communiqué, issued by Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva, details key changes across government institutions.

  • Dieudonne Gatete – Director of Cabinet
  • Viviane Mukakizima – Deputy Director of Cabinet
  • Amb. Claude Nikobisanzwe – Chief of Protocol

Office of the Prime Minister (OPM)

  • Leonard Minega Rugwabiza – Head of the Delivery Unit

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFET)

  • Amb. Moses Rugema – Proposed High Commissioner of Rwanda to the Federal Republic of Nigeria

Ministry of Infrastructure (MININFRA)

  • Canoth Manishimwe – Permanent Secretary

Ministry of Public Service and Labor (MIFOTRA)

  • Clement Kabiligi – Permanent Secretary

Ministry of ICT and Innovation (MINICT)

  • Yves Iradukunda – Minister of State
