Shoigu, Russian Security Council Secretary Arrives in North Korea

Russian Security Council Secretary Sergey Shoigu has arrived in Pyongyang, North Korea according Tass News Agency.

It is planned that Shoigu will meet with the leader of the DPRK Kim Jong Un and other leaders of the country.
