The defending champions of Rwanda’s Azam Premier League, Rayon Sports on Monday completed the signing of Malian striker Oumar Sidibé, on a two -year deal.
The club confirmed to Taarifa Sport, that the 29-year-old who was until last season playing for Turkish second division side Hatayspor and Malian club AC Djoliba has been handed the No 9 shirt, for an undisclosed fee.
Sidibé is the fifth Malian to sign with Rayon Sports after his compatriots Moussa Camara, Tidiane Koné, Ismala Diarra and Alhassane Tamboura joined the outfit in previous seasons.
The Malian players have started pre-season training with the rest of the team in preparation for the 2019/19 season, which is due to start shortly on September 13th.
Rayon finished Azam Rwanda Premier League with 72 points in the 2018/19 season.
