Six More Rwandans From Uganda’s Intelligence Torture Chambers

Uganda has released six more Rwandans who were incarcerated in Ndorwa prison for nine months.

Celestin Maniraguha, who was detained and tortured spoke to journalists in Kigali where he narrated his ordeal of how he was brutally tortured in CMI for 45 days.

He looks weak, miserable, dehydrated and terribly sick.

Another one, Moses Rusi, 64 years old, was also abducted by CMI operatives and detained over a month, tortured and subjected to all sorts of mistreatment, psychological and physical torture.

Other four young men pictured below, from left, were dumped at the border on Monday.

They are Jean Baptiste Imanigenukwayo, Jean de Dieu Manirafasha, Pontien Twizeyimana.
