Kagame Concludes Angola Visit

President Paul Kagame is winding up his two-day state visit in Angola on invitation by his counterpart President João Lourenço.

The two leaders beaming with happiness on their faces addressed a joint press conference in the capital Luanda.

“There are many things that bind our two countries, through history, culture and ideologically. What we believe in is developing our people and doing everything we can for the transformation of our people,” Kagame said.

Kagame also thanked his host for the warm hospitality accorded to him since he arrived in Luanda.

The head of state is expected to return to Kigali later today.
