Finally, Airtel-Tigo customers can now use Airtel Money and Tigo Cash platforms after the company said it has fully integrated and restored the services.
The company said the development is an effort to streamline and harmonize the services offered to all its subscribers.
“We encourage you to contact us via our call center or on our social media platforms in the event that you are experiencing difficulties interacting with the new and improved unified platform,” a statement from the telecom said.
The company also said that it’s entire customer service team and engineers are on hand to offer any assistance.
Bridget Gashegu, Airtel-Tigo’s Media and PR Manager told Taarifa that this development “enables all our customers to enjoy all the services that were recently available on the different platforms.”
“With the integration, our customers get more services with great ease of one platform,” she said.
