Diane Rwigara’s mother Adeline Rwigara Mukangemanyi is free.
She shouted alleluia in the courtroom and praised the Lord for being acquitted.
Her daughter Diane struggled with jittery as she waited for her fate.
She too was acquitted.
The due were facing criminal charges.
Diane Rwigara was being accused of faking the registration papers for the election and public insurrection.
Her mother, Adeline Rwigara was answering charges of inciting insurrection and promoting sectarianism.
The court challenged the prosecution to prove beyond reasonable doubt, of which the judge after examining the prosecution’s argument, declared Mukangemanyi innocent and free.
The judge was also not convinced that Diane had committed any crimes.
