President Kagame and First Lady Jeannette Kagame joined the Rwandan Community in China to cast their vote in legislative elections.
Rwandans in Diaspora are casting their votes today while the exercise commences in the country tomorrow.

President Kagame arrived in Beijing, China for the Forum on China Africa Cooperation yesterday.
Under the theme “China and Africa: Toward an Even Stronger Community with a Shared Future through Win-Win Cooperation,” FOCAC 2018 is expected to bring together China and 53 African countries and the African Union (AU) to discuss improved cooperation.
China will also be hosting more than 1,000 African representatives from over 600 enterprises, business groups, and research institutions at an upcoming conference of Chinese and African entrepreneurs.
The conference, the sixth since 2003 and officially known as the High-Level Dialogue between Chinese and African Leaders and Business Representatives as part of the FOCAC2018.
