A delegation of three members of parliament from Estonia are in the country where they have met with their Rwandan counterparts in a bid to strengthen diplomatic cooperation between the two institutions from either country.
The Estonian delegation is headed by H.E. Mr. Eerik-Niiles Kross.
A tweet from Rwanda Parliament said, “A delegation of three Estonians led by H.E. Mr. Eerik-Niiles Kross, a member of #Estonian Parliament visits #RwandaParliament in a bid to strengthen parliamentary #diplomacy between @RwandaParliamnt and the @Riigikogu. @MukabalisaD #Rwanda.”
In November last year, the two countries started exploring avenues of creating a professional network between ICT entrepreneurs.
This venture started during the visit of President of Estonia Her Excellency Kersti Kaljulaid. She mostly focused her visit on learning what Rwanda has achieved in both agriculture and ICT.
